• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities through proactive sales initiatives, including cold outreach, email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and professional connections.
• Focus on meeting, conference, and event planners from associations, nonprofits, and corporate entities.
• Inform prospects about the services offered by Event Alchemē and Story Alchemē, effectively conveying the value, practical applications, and results.
• Assess potential clients, pinpoint decision-makers, and assist leads throughout the sales journey from initial contact to closure.
• Keep a well-organized sales pipeline while documenting outreach efforts, conversations, and progress on deals.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients once a deal is finalized.
• Represent Conference Innovations in a professional manner consistently during all client engagements.
• Achieve or surpass individual revenue targets through diligent outbound activities and timely follow-ups.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a strong preference for candidates from the event industry.
• Knowledge of selling services to meeting planners, associations, nonprofits, or corporate customers is advantageous.
• Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure and driven by performance-related income.
• Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Confident in conducting discovery calls and presenting value-driven solutions.
• Well-organized and consistent in follow-up and pipeline management.
• Reliable internet connectivity and the ability to work remotely.
• 100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor).
