This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for both general and specific responsibilities related to the successful initiation, execution, and conclusion of the comprehensive sales cycle processes by developing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales to guarantee account retention through seamless customer assistance, resource coordination, and troubleshooting of order fulfillment.
• Achieves profitable sales growth as a sales consultant for both established and emerging industries and markets to meet annual sales targets.
• Identifies new accounts, focuses on retaining current accounts, and seeks to expand opportunities with existing customers.
• Exhibits extensive product knowledge to effectively position and align Wurth Industry offerings with the customer’s business goals and initiatives.
• Cultivates and strengthens customer relationships to become a reliable consultative advisor, ensuring retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
• Represents the full range of Wurth Industry product offerings.
• Develops regular sales call plans and documents outcomes.
• Sets sales objectives and monitors progress through reporting, while planning and executing sales strategies as required.
• Maintains precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Works with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Participates in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to broaden business prospects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated track record in outside sales, business development, or a similar field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong capacity to establish rapport and sustain client relationships.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
