This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Identify and secure new business prospects.
β’ Establish robust relationships with clients.
β’ Advocate for our manufacturing capabilities.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions.
β’ Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
β’ Maintain precise records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in outside sales within manufacturing, industrial sales, or a similar field.
β’ Familiarity with precision manufacturing, machining, or contract manufacturing is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales presentation tools.
β’ Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
β’ Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
β’ Deep technical knowledge of products and applications.
β’ A resourceful problem solver with innovative selling strategies.
β’ Excellent collaborator and relationship builder across all organizational levels.
β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
