This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Driving additional sales growth and enhancing profitability through account relationships.
• Monitor essential performance indicators for designated professional customers.
• Achieve or surpass sales and margin targets as planned.
• Leverage local community events to promote The Home Depot Pro brand and generate new business.
• Develop business relationships with assigned customer portfolios and engage in prospecting to foster incremental sales growth.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing ongoing communications with customers.
• Conduct initial meetings with customers to establish and nurture relationships.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales management.
• More than 2 years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry.
• Proven track record of professional growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrates a strong capability to create and maintain an active network of relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to leverage relationships to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• In-depth understanding of Pro customer requirements, focusing on fulfilling 100% of their product, credit, and performance needs.
• Ability to determine customer preferences for service and tailor communications and customer interactions accordingly.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities; skilled in persuading or influencing others.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage globally.
