Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving additional sales growth by fostering business relationships.

• Track key performance indicators for designated professional clients.

• Leverage Salesforce to oversee ongoing customer interactions.

• Conduct initial meetings with customers to establish relationships.

• Formulate strategies aimed at broadening the customer base within the specified sales territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Five years of professional work experience required.

• Two years of experience in account management or sales management.

• Over two years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong capability to create and nurture an active network of relationships.

• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
