This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for fostering incremental sales growth and enhancing profitability through established account relationships.
• Track key performance indicators for designated professional clients.
• Engage with local community events to consistently embody The Home Depot Pro brand.
• Promote the full range of products and services offered by the enterprise.
• Generate new account revenue aligned with current organizational goals by meeting individual targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Support Representative to facilitate a seamless quoting, ordering, and transaction experience for customers.
• Build effective partnerships with assigned clients through face-to-face sales meetings.
• Enhance incremental sales growth by nurturing business relationships within assigned customer portfolios and identifying potential new clients.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry.
• Demonstrated professional advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Shows a strong capacity to develop and maintain an active network of relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to leverage relationships to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• In-depth understanding of Pro customer requirements with a commitment to meeting 100% of their product, credit, and performance needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
