This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Engage with both new and existing customers to promote and sell products.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of PGW Auto Glass product literature to effectively communicate product details and availability to customers.
• Identify and investigate potential customers who may benefit from PGW's offerings.
• Travel within the designated territory, employing time and territory management skills to enhance PGW's visibility.
• Collaborate with the operations team to provide an outstanding service experience for our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Regularly update and maintain the company’s CRM system.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• At least two years of sales and/or distribution experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules is required.
• Attention to detail while working efficiently is essential.
• Strong organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of working under diverse conditions with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to operate independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
