This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive outbound prospecting and build relationships with new accounts.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and transform leads into qualified opportunities.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles and finalize multi-site partnerships.
• Identify and target new business prospects within designated markets.
• Establish connections with property groups and portfolio owners from initial interaction to partnership.
• Manage a high-activity pipeline with robust conversion metrics and deal velocity.
• Secure long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling and value demonstration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and refine sales processes.
• Offer market insights on landlord priorities, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate, property management, multifamily, hospitality, or facility management sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred; candidates without native Mandarin may be considered if they possess relevant market experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas through high-activity prospecting and relationship-building.
• Experience in property-related verticals is preferred—understanding building management, decision-makers, and value positioning for property stakeholders.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate opportunities, rapidly build trust, and independently close deals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging property executives and decision-makers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driven by the chance to build initiatives from the ground up.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) is preferred.
