Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct surveys (both in-person and on rooftops) of commercial roofs and create pricing estimates based on pre-qualified leads.

• Generate onsite proposals efficiently using proprietary software, deliver a video presentation highlighting our unique selling points, and review and download the digital quote with the Property Owner/Manager.

• Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with clients.

• Repeat business and referrals constitute our primary source of new clients.

• Operate from your home office in the Michigan area while traveling to customer locations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college education is required; a degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience is mandatory.

• Previous roofing experience is not necessary.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required to operate a company-provided vehicle.

• Experience with Microsoft operating systems on a laptop or PC is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is necessary.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and physical screenings, as well as background checks.

• Candidates must provide a minimum of two reachable business references if considered for employment.

• Must be able to provide two forms of I-9 citizenship-approved IDs upon hire (applicants must be at least 18 years old).

• Full-time availability to work collaboratively as part of a team is required.
