This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a designated sales territory by cultivating new business prospects and enhancing relationships with clients and principal partners.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and principal partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing market share.
• Achieve or surpass set sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Provide both pre- and post-sales technical assistance to customers and internal team members.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Organize and execute weekly plans for prospecting, follow-ups, and account development.
• Work in conjunction with principal partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in outside sales, ideally in an industrial B2B setting.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Experience with selling process measurement instruments (flow, level, pressure, temperature), liquid and gas analytics, and/or data acquisition devices is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills with the capability to comprehend, present, and troubleshoot complex products or systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to quickly build rapport and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Proficient in presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
