This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Engage with skilled Hair Stylists and Barbers to assist them in selecting the ideal tools for their profession.

• Foster enduring relationships, transforming new clients into loyal advocates.

• Successfully close multiple deals on a daily basis.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets alongside the team.

• Highly ambitious, energetic, driven, and prepared to put in the effort.

• Swagger: Carry yourself with confidence as if walking the red carpet at the Oscars.

• Personality: Exhibit a variety of traits, akin to a gourmet ice cream parlor.

• Charm: Capable of persuading anyone, even a cat, to come down from a tree (or convincing a stylist to purchase our shears).

• Wit: Quick enough to navigate conversations, just as our shears effortlessly cut through hair.

• Sales experience: You've managed to sell ice to Eskimos or at the very least, persuaded friends to try that unusual new dining spot.
