This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Propel profitable sales growth through the acquisition of new accounts.
• Retain current accounts while identifying and expanding opportunities with existing customers.
• Oversee and enhance Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sales.
• Create and execute strategies to broaden business visibility in the designated region.
• Collaborate with management to assess market trends and customer requirements.
• Participate in monthly business meetings and engage actively in local trade exhibitions.
• A minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Proven direct sales experience with Hospitality clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with facilities products, including hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
• Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
• Strong organizational skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Capable of developing call plans and proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
