Outside Plant Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic planning, budget-conscious execution, timely completion, and closeout of telecommunications construction and deployment projects.

• Supervise all stages of various telecommunications projects, from conception to completion.

• Create comprehensive project plans, track financials, update internal systems, and deliver regular progress and budget status reports.

• Ensure that thorough project documentation is maintained and distribute closeout materials to relevant parties in a timely manner.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, and quality; work collaboratively with stakeholders to address challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fiber optic construction project management.

• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines.

• Experience in managing large-scale FTTH projects.

• Current knowledge of Outside Plant architectures, including aerial, underground, and building applications.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, etc.
