This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of top-of-funnel outreach from start to finish.
• Actively identify and engage with high-potential accounts using personalized email sequences and targeted outreach on LinkedIn.
• Utilize ecosystem relationships, partner referrals, and development opportunities to enhance outbound prospecting efforts.
• Develop a well-rounded and qualified pipeline of target prospects, including foundations, corporate philanthropy programs, and family foundations.
• Employ modern sales and data tools (e.g., Hubspot, CauseIQ, AI workflows) to innovatively source, research, and establish an outbound pipeline.
• Keep detailed records of all outbound activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline status within HubSpot.
• Regularly meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or fundraising, preferably within the B2B enterprise SaaS field.
• Demonstrated ability to create a pipeline through outbound initiatives rather than merely responding to inbound inquiries.
• Comfortable selling a strategic platform rather than just a single-feature tool.
• Knowledgeable about the philanthropic sector, nonprofit ecosystem, or foundation grantmaking processes.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment where operational processes were still being developed.
