Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct high volumes of telephonic and text outreach to eligible families to arrange and ensure their initial visits with the Nest Health clinical team.

• Utilize Nest Health’s customer relations management tool to oversee eligibility lists and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for engaging, scheduling, and completing first visits with our clinical team and family members.

• Identify and implement innovative activation strategies to encourage eligible families to choose Nest as their primary care provider.

• Assist in developing, refining, and utilizing reporting and dashboards to meet activation and engagement goals; prioritize various outreach methods to eligible families; and support Nest in continuously improving its outreach strategies and algorithms.

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to boost the effectiveness of Nest's outreach efforts.

• May work flexible or extended hours to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in telephonic sales, outreach and engagement, or customer service roles is required.

• Experience in healthcare and/or working with the Medicaid population is advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to work independently and successfully achieve ambitious sales targets is preferred.

• A demonstrated team player who enjoys collaborating with others to reach shared objectives.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

• Engaging personality with strong active listening abilities and the capacity to empathize with individuals.

• Experience in outreach, organization, or coordinated campaigning.

• Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.

• Bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus!
