Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Reach out via calls and emails to school contacts to present Book Blast and arrange presentations with school leadership and influential figures.

• Verify attendance, send calendar invitations, and manage rescheduling promptly and thoughtfully.

• Promote principal engagement and ensure the appropriate stakeholders are present during discussions.

• Record activities, notes, and results in HubSpot with accuracy and in a timely manner.

• Adhere to compliant outreach practices that honor school policies and safeguard student privacy.

• Provide insights from discussions to refine messaging and contact lists.

• Undertake special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in outbound phone-based inside sales with a record of consistent activity.

• Excellent communication skills characterized by clarity and warmth, along with strong active listening abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through.

• Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar applications like Zoom.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• A coachable attitude with a willingness to engage in call reviews and accept constructive feedback.

• Experience working remotely: 1 year (Preferred).

• Minimum of 1 year in outbound B2B sales (Required).

• Familiarity with making calls to K-8 schools (Preferred).

• Understanding of objection handling in busy school settings (Preferred).
