• Collaborate closely with the CGO to transform overarching strategies into actionable revenue plans that span all growth avenues.
• Actively seek, qualify, and advance deals across both enterprise and emerging brands, data platforms, service offerings, revenue models, and strategic alliances.
• Assume responsibility for early-stage growth from discovering opportunities to maintaining a qualified, actively progressing pipeline.
• Leverage syndicated data to pinpoint and target suitable brands, converting outreach and introductions into a robust deal flow.
• Represent the organization within the Natural CPG sector, cultivating trusted relationships and broadening reach.
• Identify and implement opportunities within the existing portfolio to enhance coverage models.
• Partner on innovative, value-driven propositions to facilitate growth.
• Experience utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics, or comparable tools).
• Well-connected within the Natural Foods / CPG industry, leveraging your network to generate opportunities.
• Proven ability to source and advance opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Experience working alongside and supporting C-level executives.
• Highly proficient in creating compelling presentations and materials that effectively communicate value and secure business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and internal teams.
• Operationally adept, capable of managing multiple opportunities while maintaining a dynamic pipeline.
• Keen awareness of emerging brands and categories, with a genuine interest in the future of Natural CPG.
• A proactive attitude, demonstrating resourcefulness, determination, and focus on closing deals.
