This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate closely with the CGO to translate overarching strategies into tangible, executable revenue plans for all growth avenues at Green Spoon.
• Actively seek, qualify, and advance deals in a proactive, relationship-focused manner encompassing: Enterprise and emerging brands, Green Spoon’s data platform, future service offerings and revenue models, and strategic partnerships.
• Take charge of the early-stage growth process from opportunity identification to maintaining a qualified, active pipeline, which includes: Utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS) to pinpoint and target suitable brands, converting outreach and introductions into active deal flow, assessing opportunity size and strategic alignment, ensuring the pipeline remains staged, healthy, and progressing, and driving opportunities to closure.
• Represent Green Spoon in the Natural CPG sector, building trusted relationships, opening doors, and broadening our reach.
• Stay closely connected to emerging growth channels within Natural CPG, such as DTC brands, creator-led brands, and social platforms, translating trends into actionable partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Establish deep, trusted relationships with: Internal teams, executive leadership at brand partners, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities within the existing portfolio to broaden coverage models.
• Collaborate on innovative, value-added propositions to drive growth.
• Assist in developing and refining sales tools that secure business, including: Pitch decks for new revenue streams, partnership decks, enterprise brand sales materials, executive and board-level growth presentations, ROI models, and value proposition collateral.
• Maintain a close overview of the business through a pipeline of reports in Green Spoon’s CRM, tracking: Active opportunities, revenue potential, win rates, time to closure, and performance by growth channel.
• You possess deep connections within the Natural Foods / CPG industry and actively leverage your network to generate opportunities.
• You are an adept relationship builder who enjoys connecting individuals, fostering trust, and opening doors at all levels.
• You are outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations, engaging with groups, and cultivating new relationships.
• You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership, consistently driving initiatives forward.
• You have a proven track record of sourcing and advancing opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship-building.
• You are an effective communicator and presenter, comfortable interacting with founders, executives, and internal teams.
• You excel at creating compelling presentations and materials that effectively convey value and secure business.
• You are organized and operationally proficient, capable of managing multiple opportunities while maintaining a dynamic pipeline.
• You have a keen eye for emerging brands and categories, with a genuine interest in the future of Natural CPG.
• You are data-savvy, with experience utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics, or similar tools).
• You have experience collaborating with and supporting C-level executives.
• You embody a do-what-it-takes attitude, remaining resourceful, proactive, and focused on closing deals.
