Outreach Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• The Outreach Manager is responsible for spearheading the expansion and execution of a nationwide student success program.

• Collaborate with colleges and universities to enhance student outcomes and bolster institutional success.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Student and Career Success Grant initiatives, student financing alternatives, financial literacy, default prevention, and student loan guidance.

• Drive outreach initiatives through email campaigns, referrals, webinars, demonstrations, and presentations.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with designated schools, which includes conducting campus visits and providing consultative assistance.

• Deliver presentations on programs, services, and results to senior campus leadership and key stakeholders.

• Organize and execute campus services and initiatives that align with institutional priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in higher education, financial aid, student lending, career services, grants administration, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in building relationships, consulting, or partnering with higher education institutions and stakeholders.

• Proven knowledge of student success initiatives, financial literacy, student financing, and/or student loan programs.

• Experience in presenting, training, or providing educational programs to diverse audiences.
