Outreach Concierge Navigator, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Delivers specialized member support within the market.

• Engages with members in the market.

• Informs members about gaps in their care.

• Updates the PCP with any changes regarding members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Experience in handling high-volume inbound customer service.

• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.

• Proficient in typing at least 40 words per minute.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Mandarin is preferred.
