This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Overseeing interfaces and managing eligibility files for the group insurance sector.
• Conducting daily operations related to data loading and validation tasks.
• Collaborating closely with a variety of internal and external partners.
• Utilizing a process improvement mindset and encouraging automation in tool creation.
• Independently handling and executing various administrative responsibilities.
• Validating updates and ensuring the smooth operation of systems (including reporting, data management, and evaluations).
• Modifying data in internal databases, which includes peer evaluations.
• Recording and revising administrative procedures and client specifications.
• Proposing enhancements to processes and aiding in the automation of workflows.
• Serving as the initial point of contact for clients by offering professional service and clear communication.
• Addressing client inquiries, following up as necessary, and adhering to set timelines.
• Recognizing areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Developing client-centric, tested, and validated solutions.
• Advocating for a continuous improvement culture.
• A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience in requirements analysis.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience.
• Strong understanding of group insurance plan administration and the capacity to learn new systems.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Office Suite with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
• Familiarity with VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is considered an asset.
• Exceptional capability to compile, analyze, and assess data of medium to high complexity.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Competence in organizing work and information systematically to carry out critical tasks within deadlines.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
