Outreach and Admissions Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture ongoing collaborations with educational institutions, youth organizations, community centers, social service agencies, and local businesses.

• Engage in and frequently lead outreach initiatives, presentations, informational sessions, tabling events, festivals, and community fairs.

• Adhere to a regular monthly outreach calendar and achieve the necessary activity benchmarks.

• Advocate for opportunities available to underserved and underrepresented populations in your region.

• Introduce the program to young adults and assist them in assessing their basic eligibility requirements (age, income background, educational status, etc.).

• Support potential applicants throughout the application process until they are ready to submit their applications.

• Maintain regular communication with your pipeline via phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Keep comprehensive and timely records in all necessary online platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a two-year degree is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or related fields.

• High level of comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.

• Capability to work independently with strong follow-through and effective time management skills.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel daily within your designated county.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.

• Current valid Driver's License is mandatory.
