This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You provide guidance to training companies on effective and inclusive mentorship, assisting them in developing a learning environment.

• You enhance collaboration among the triangle of training company – school – student.

• You independently carry out advisory projects, conduct workshops, organize informational meetings, and utilize tools focused on ‘Good Mentorship’.

• You build and maintain a network within the mobility sector and education.

• You promote self-direction and development among mentors to ensure a sustainable start and retention of new employees.

• You identify trends and developments, actively sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an advisory role.

• Affinity with technology and motor vehicles; knowledge of the mobility sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with the education sector and sustainable employability.

• Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Flexibility: occasional evening work is not a problem.

• Key competencies: advising, analytical thinking, environmental awareness, building trust, result-oriented, teamwork, and independent working.
