This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Arrange accommodations and book tours for eligible candidates at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and The Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
• Adhere to approved scripts and apply trained sales techniques and rebuttals to secure bookings.
• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service, assisting guests with lodging and tour options.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Breckenridge, including local events, activities, and lodging choices.
• Accurately assess potential tour guests according to company policies.
• Provide accurate quotes for packages and pricing related to discounted lodging options.
• Act as the final point of contact to resolve guest inquiries and issues whenever possible.
• Respond promptly to all email and voicemail communications.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and bookings.
• Attend daily meetings and training sessions to review sales techniques and availability.
• Adhere to all company hospitality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Follow company guidelines regarding environmental sustainability practices (recycling, composting, conserving resources).
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• A strong, outgoing personality with the capability to establish immediate rapport.
• Self-motivated with a resilient mindset; able to handle rejection with professionalism.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurately calculating prices and discounts.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning ability to qualify leads and address guest inquiries.
