This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Establish and develop Brightvision's presence in your target market - Italy.

• Identify prospects, initiate contact, and cultivate a robust pipeline through cold calling and outbound efforts.

• Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to signed contract.

• Collaborate closely with Brightvision leadership on go-to-market strategies and positioning.

• Represent Brightvision in discussions with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients.

• Develop and enhance outbound playbooks that will scale alongside team growth.

• Recruit and lead a team of SDRs once market traction is achieved.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and share insights across the broader team.

• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound B2B sales.

• High energy, resilient, and driven to succeed — you proactively generate leads.

• Self-motivated and disciplined; capable of performing without supervision.

• A closer — adept at guiding deals from initial contact to final signature.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions with C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers.

• Professional and polished in customer interactions and presentations.

• Strong team player who uplifts colleagues and celebrates collective achievements.

• Solution-oriented — you focus on finding solutions rather than excuses.

• Resilient in the face of rejection; maintains momentum despite setbacks.

• Driven by growth, accountability, and the desire to make a significant impact.

• Native or fluent in Italian.

• High proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of our business.
