This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate outbound calls to newly issued policies to welcome clients to the Globe Life Family, verify their policy details, and provide any necessary information regarding their new policy.
• Navigate our CRM while communicating with recently approved clients to collect the first premium, thereby activating their Life Insurance policy.
• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated via the internet to engage potential customers for our Sales Team.
• Clearly articulate policy benefits.
• Complete necessary documentation as required.
• Assist with correspondence and rectify errors related to policy services.
• Undertake special projects that involve making numerous outbound calls for various campaigns/projects for our sister companies, including AIL & LNL, and document activities as requested by customers.
• A High School diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a professional setting in a customer service-related role.
• A license in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 1 year of office experience is preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications is advantageous.
• A background in life and health insurance, along with knowledge of insurance operations, is desirable.
• A strong customer service background with proficient phone skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort in collecting payments through Credit Card and Bank Draft options from customers.
• Excellent skills in alpha and number recognition.
• Demonstrated mathematical capability.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations and draw logical conclusions.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask across various sources.
• Must possess a friendly demeanor towards customers.
