Outbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Present company services to marketing executives throughout the United States

• Discover potential sales opportunities

• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team

• Establish rapport and assess prospective clients

• Address inquiries and objections in a professional manner

• Keep precise records in the CRM, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities

• Engage in call reviews, role-playing sessions, and continuous coaching

• Strive for ongoing improvement in sales skills and performance

• Exceptional spoken English, clear and comprehensible for customers in the United States

• Confidence in engaging with senior business decision-makers over the phone

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to pose insightful questions

• Open to coaching and willing to implement feedback

• Resilience and determination in the face of rejection

• A genuine curiosity about businesses and sales opportunities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Capability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities

• Quick learner of new products, services, and sales techniques

• Professional demeanor and integrity in customer interactions

• Ability to adhere to a structured sales process while engaging in authentic and conversational communication

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
