• Present services to marketing executives throughout the United States

• Discover potential sales opportunities

• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team

• Establish rapport and assess prospective clients

• Address customer inquiries and objections with professionalism

• Keep precise CRM records, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions

• Engage in call reviews, role-playing sessions, and continuous coaching

• Fluent spoken English that is easily understood by customers in the United States

• Confidence in communicating with senior business decision-makers over the phone

• Capability to ask insightful questions and comprehend customer needs

• Willingness to learn and apply feedback

• Strong focus on detail for CRM records and follow-up actions

• Ability to quickly grasp products, services, and sales techniques

• Prior experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
