• Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and various communication channels to create new business opportunities.
• Identify and connect with prospective customers, referral partners, and strategic business relationships.
• Consistently follow up with both inbound and outbound leads to maintain engagement and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of a continuous flow of qualified opportunities for the company.

• Monitor lead progression, pipeline updates, and outreach performance consistently.
• Remain highly organized with daily follow-ups and task management.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to guarantee a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Work with leadership to enhance outreach messaging, sales workflows, and lead generation processes over time.
• Provide regular updates concerning pipeline activity and sales progress.
• Maintain strong daily outreach activity and consistent follow-up efforts.
• Stay proactive in recognizing new opportunities and areas for business expansion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline objectives.
• 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, appointment setting, or business development.
• Prior experience with cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Experience working with US-based customers or companies is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in moving, logistics, home services, or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day communicating with prospects over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Relationship-driven and naturally personable.
• Persistent without being overly aggressive.
• Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly organized and accountable.
