
Outbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Conduct 400β600 outbound calls daily to qualified prospects.
β’ Present various insurance products including: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
β’ Assess leads based on customer requirements and eligibility criteria.
β’ Arrange appointments for licensed insurance agents/advisors.
β’ Ensure accurate customer data is maintained in CRM systems.
β’ Achieve daily and weekly KPIs such as: Call volume, Appointments set, Conversion rate, and Attendance rate.
β’ Adhere to compliance guidelines and follow scripted dialogues.
β’ Establish professional rapport with potential customers.
β’ Address objections and deliver fundamental product information.
β’ Collaborate with agents concerning scheduled appointments.
β’ Must have at least completed Senior High School or be a College student.
β’ Preferred experience in BPO, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
β’ Familiarity with outbound sales or retention accounts.
β’ Cold calling experience is advantageous.
β’ Experience in US insurance campaigns is a significant advantage.
β’ Background in insurance appointment setting for Medicare or Property & Casualty campaigns.
β’ Previous role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
β’ Experience in lead generation for US accounts.
β’ Strong English communication abilities.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment.
β’ Basic skills in CRM and computer navigation.
β’ Open to working onsite or in a hybrid model based on business requirements.
