• Conduct 400–600 outbound calls daily to qualified prospects.
• Present various insurance products including: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Assess leads based on customer requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Arrange appointments for licensed insurance agents/advisors.
• Ensure accurate customer data is maintained in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs such as: Call volume, Appointments set, Conversion rate, and Attendance rate.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and follow scripted dialogues.
• Establish professional rapport with potential customers.
• Address objections and deliver fundamental product information.
• Collaborate with agents concerning scheduled appointments.
• Must have at least completed Senior High School or be a College student.
• Preferred experience in BPO, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with outbound sales or retention accounts.
• Cold calling experience is advantageous.
• Experience in US insurance campaigns is a significant advantage.
• Background in insurance appointment setting for Medicare or Property & Casualty campaigns.
• Previous role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Experience in lead generation for US accounts.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic skills in CRM and computer navigation.
• Open to working onsite or in a hybrid model based on business requirements.
