This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management.
• Guiding the post-sale process to ensure seamless integration of new partners onto the platform.
• Tracking the health status of active accounts within the Success Team structure.
• Identifying and addressing challenges faced by inactive accounts to reintegrate qualified professionals into the active network.
• Ensuring that all partners consistently meet the established qualification standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or tele-sales, ideally in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
