Outbound Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients

• Create new leads and assess prospects

• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the sales team

• Adhere to the provided scripts, workflows, and sales procedures

• Accurately update and manage lead information in the CRM

• Keep organized records of calls, results, and follow-ups

• Regularly communicate with clients about progress and outcomes


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting

• Excellent verbal communication and conversational English skills

• Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers

• Capability to handle objections in a professional and effective manner

• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialing tools (or willingness to learn)

• Results-oriented mindset focused on revenue growth

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
