• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have previously expressed interest in the company’s online education programs.
• Reconnect with older or disengaged leads in the CRM and evaluate their ongoing interest in enrollment.
• Establish rapport with prospective students through authentic, engaging, and empathetic conversations.
• Comprehend each prospect’s goals, motivations, and personal situations to effectively guide the sales discussion.
• Articulate the program's value in a consultative manner that aligns with the prospect’s personal and professional aspirations.
• Keep precise lead notes, follow-up actions, and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
• Efficiently utilize Aircall and related systems for daily call activities and follow-ups.
• Achieve set activity and performance targets, including call volume, talk time, lead engagement, and sales results.
• Complete onboarding and product training to develop comprehensive program knowledge.
• Progress to managing newer leads as performance and conversation quality are validated.
• Work collaboratively with onshore stakeholders and internal teams to enhance sales growth and conversion performance.
• Significant experience in outbound sales, consultative sales, inside sales, or contact center sales.
• Exceptional spoken English and a confident, natural phone demeanor.
• Strong active listening and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven capacity to handle unscripted conversations with empathy, confidence, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects who may share personal stories, career ambitions, or life situations.
• Ability to steer conversations toward a definitive next step or enrollment decision.
• Experience with CRM platforms and call management tools.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline in documenting interactions and follow-ups.
• Eagerness to learn product specifics and apply them effectively in sales discussions.

• Experience in education sales, student enrollment, admissions, or high-consideration sales.
• Exposure to wellness, health, lifestyle, or service-oriented industries.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Aircall.
• Experience assisting Australian or international clients.
• Background in commission-based sales environments.
• Experience managing both aged leads and new inbound inquiries.
