This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct extensive outbound outreach through calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Target small to medium-sized business owners, tax professionals, real estate agents, and service-oriented companies.
• Assess leads based on creditworthiness, revenue, and intent.
• Schedule high-quality strategy sessions for the sales team.
• Implement proactive follow-up on aged and incoming leads.
• Engage socially and perform direct message outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Assist with light content creation, such as posting, commenting, and responding.
• Oversee and maintain the pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Consistently monitor activity and performance metrics.
• Enhance skills to progress into a full closing position.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment scheduling, or lead generation is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred).
• Experience with social media engagement and direct messaging.
• Proven track record in high-volume, performance-oriented settings.
• Excellent and confident communication abilities.
• Strong aptitude for managing rejection while maintaining high activity levels.
• Capability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time.
• Self-driven with a focus on results.
