Outbound Sales Appointment Setter – Property Investment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm inbound leads generated from digital marketing initiatives.

• Execute professional qualification calls utilizing a structured sales script.

• Foster rapport and build trust with potential clients.

• Collect information regarding each prospect's financial status, property ownership, and retirement objectives.

• Carry out simple financial calculations during discussions, which include:

• Property equity

• Outstanding debt

• Basic retirement income assessments

• Tax-related computations using provided tools

• Evaluate whether prospects satisfy qualification criteria.

• Schedule appointments for Financial Strategists with qualified prospects.

• Precisely document notes and update CRM records.

• Achieve weekly targets for appointment bookings and performance metrics.

• Uphold high standards of call quality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous coaching, training, and team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls.

• At ease discussing financial matters with clients.

• Strong numerical skills and financial understanding.

• Capable of performing basic calculations quickly during client interactions.

• Highly motivated by performance targets and incentives.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Reliable internet connection and a designated home office.

• A dual-monitor setup is considered a significant advantage.

• Previous experience with Australian clients is beneficial but not mandatory.
