This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, organize, and oversee all operational tasks necessary for each client campaign, which includes data workflows, messaging, setup, launch, and optimization.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a team of three, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor the progress of campaigns, track deadlines, and maintain visibility across all ongoing projects.
• Review campaign deliverables, such as lead lists, messaging, technical setups, and outbound sequences.
• Perform quality assurance checks prior to campaign launches.
• Ensure that best practices are consistently adhered to within data management, audience segmentation, data cleaning and validation, as well as campaign setup and execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, issues, and inconsistencies in real time, and resolve them promptly.
• Effectively prioritize work based on urgency and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with strategy and technical teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
• Document workflows and continuously enhance operational processes and team efficiency.
• Deliver qualified leads for client campaigns while ensuring timely completion, quality and accuracy, execution speed, efficiency, organization, and operational clarity.
• Prior experience in managing projects, workflows, or operational teams.
• Previous marketing agency experience - Required.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp & Slack) - Required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as agencies, startups, or operations-driven businesses.
• Ability to enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manual data tasks (e.g., Apollo).
• Understanding of outbound marketing channels, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach, or the capacity to learn quickly.
• High attention to detail and the capability to critically review work, rather than just delegating tasks.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple moving parts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong focus on execution and quality.
• Capability to identify and resolve problems before they affect results.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Confidence in managing accountability while fostering a positive team dynamic.
• Fast, accurate, and highly reliable.
