This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and execute targeted outbound marketing initiatives that showcase our logistics services, including ocean freight, air freight, domestic shipments, tracking in the US, shop and ship, returns management, international relocations, e-commerce, and more, utilizing channels such as email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
• Perform cold outreach via email and phone to introduce potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors to our specialized solutions and qualify leads for subsequent sales engagement.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to pinpoint target industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, e-commerce) and key decision-makers (e.g., supply chain managers, operations directors) for outbound marketing campaigns, generating and nurturing qualified leads for logistics services.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of outbound campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
• Offer insights and suggestions for enhancing outreach strategies within the logistics domain.
• Utilize our CRM platform (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft) to oversee prospect databases.
• Continuously evaluate and support outbound marketing initiatives related to logistics-focused conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
• Manage our social media platforms with a primary emphasis on LinkedIn for B2B engagement, establishing yourself as a LinkedIn champion.
• Work collaboratively with sales, logistics operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment between outbound marketing efforts and iContainers' service offerings.
• Collaborate with our PPC Manager to design social advertising campaigns for outbound marketing.
• Stay informed about outbound marketing tools that could support iContainers' business goals.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience with a focus on logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Familiarity with B2B outbound marketing tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to create industry-specific messaging that resonates with logistics buyers and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques tailored to logistics services.
