This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns that showcase our logistics services, including ocean freight, air freight, domestic shipments, tracking in the US, shop and ship, returns management, international relocations, e-commerce, and more, utilizing email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
• Carry out cold outreach through email and phone to prospective clients in the logistics and supply chain sector, presenting our vertical solutions and qualifying leads for subsequent sales engagement.
• Work in tandem with sales and business development teams to pinpoint target industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, e-commerce) and key decision-makers (e.g., supply chain managers, operations directors) for outbound campaigns, generating and nurturing qualified leads for logistics services.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of outbound campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
• Offer insights and suggestions for enhancing outreach strategies within the logistics domain.
• Utilize our CRM platform (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft) to manage prospect databases, ensuring precise tracking of interactions, lead segmentation, and communication follow-ups pertinent to logistics services.
• Continuously evaluate and support outbound marketing initiatives related to logistics-focused conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
• Assist our team’s participation in events through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
• Oversee our social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for B2B engagements, becoming a champion for LinkedIn.
• Based on the business verticals we have and will establish, you will suggest the most effective social media channels to prioritize.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics operations, and product development teams to synchronize outbound marketing efforts with iContainers' service offerings.
• Partner with our PPC Manager to develop social ad campaigns for outbound marketing, proposing well-funded initiatives.
• Work with content creators to ensure the availability of compelling content for your outbound marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about outbound marketing tools that could benefit iContainers' business goals.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience, particularly in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Proficiency in using B2B outbound marketing tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with logistics buyers and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques specific to logistics services.
