This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Manage a substantial volume of outbound calls made through automated technology.
• Communicate the narratives of our clients’ services and prospects.
• Address objections effectively, persuasively, and with professional courtesy.
• Generate qualified leads and relay them to our clients.
• Precisely document every interaction in the call center system.
• Prior professional experience in managing phone-based interactions.
• Previous experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
• Capacity to manage high-pressure situations, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and align those needs with relevant products and services.
