Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Swedish & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C clients via phone and clearly articulate the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer’s individual circumstances and determine whether the product aligns with their needs.

• Clearly present the associated benefits, costs, conditions, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and results in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish.

• Competent in English.

• Strong familiarity with MS Office.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Possession of the necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Swedish market.

• Ability to provide documentation of your training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for your position.

• A responsible, customer-oriented mindset towards sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Must have personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet speed of over 50.000 Mbit/s.
