Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Finnish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing B2C customers via phone to clearly and accurately present the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer's unique situation and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Articulate relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions associated with the insurance product.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations concerning insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Competent in English.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance is preferred.

• Possess the qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for customers within the Finnish market.

• Capability to provide proof of training, experience, and any necessary registration or authorization for the role.

• A responsible and customer-centric approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Must have personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth requirements as specified in the application form.
