Outbound Insurance Sales Agent – Finnish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing B2C customers via phone to clearly and accurately articulate the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's unique situation and determine if the product aligns with their requirements.

• Describe the associated benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record discussions and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data privacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Competent in English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, banking, or the insurance sector.

• Possess the necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Finnish market.

• Able to provide proof of training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for your position.

• A responsible and customer-centric approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor over the phone.
