Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Finnish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing B2C clients via telephone.

• Clearly and accurately present the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer's unique situation to determine if the product suits their needs.

• Detail relevant benefits, costs, conditions, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and outcomes in line with project specifications.

• Adhere to applicable regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

• Introduce an insurance product designed to cover outstanding loan debt under circumstances outlined by the policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Competent working knowledge of English.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Finnish market.

• Proof of training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for the position.

• Responsible and customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Must possess personal hardware: PC and/or laptop.

• Internet speed of over 50.000 Mbit/s is preferred.
