Outbound Call Specialist – Specialty Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients to facilitate their enrollment with Shields Partner Pharmacy.

• Inform patients about the various services provided by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid national pharmacy certification is mandatory.

• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is required.

• A high school diploma or GED is necessary; a Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License is preferred.
