Outbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to engage with current, former, and prospective donors.

• Arrange blood donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers.

• Devote around 90% of work time to making calls.

• Establish rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Motivate donors to continue their support for lifesaving initiatives.

• Address objections and apply persuasive communication strategies to secure appointments.

• Keep precise records of donor information and appointment specifics.

• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets and metrics.

• Collaborate effectively within a supportive remote team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of an office located in an eligible area.

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

• Possess a positive mindset and strong communication abilities.

• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone.

• Goal-driven and motivated by performance metrics.

• Ability to remain resilient and professional when encountering rejection.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and proficient computer skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Paid training with a requirement for 100% attendance.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Experience in appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach is preferred.

• Availability to work specified schedules, including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

• Must not reside in a state listed under Vitalant’s hiring restrictions.
