Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from current customers

• Execute service requests, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder details, and dispatching policy documents

• Provide information regarding current insurance policies, coverages, and policy advantages

• Modify existing policies as needed

• Retain Jerry policyholders by identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation

• Assist customers via Jerry.ai’s insurance platform and carrier network

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting

• Capable of multitasking and handling various competing priorities

• Genuine desire to assist others

• Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly position

• P&C license is expected to be obtained within 60 days of employment
