This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the collection of payments on designated overdue accounts
β’ Examine account records and documentation
β’ Reach out to customers/clients through phone calls and/or written communication
β’ Establish repayment plans to reduce financial loss for the organization
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
β’ Two to three years of experience in collection roles and/or customer service
β’ Solid understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws
β’ Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
β’ Capability to identify and address exceptions, as well as to organize and interpret information
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Applicants must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety guidelines
