Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS “Teams” that represent a designated group of MDS clients.

• Conduct calls for 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Engage with donors and potential donors in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic way, following a carefully crafted script approved by our clients.

• Secure financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.

• Adhere to minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history demonstrating long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet workspace at home, free from typical household distractions.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit missions we support.

• A willingness to learn and grow.

• Persistence and determination.
