This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Manage call center campaigns remotely.

• Communicate with clients showcasing effective verbal skills and empathy.

• Engage in commercial and sales activities.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Completion of junior high school education.

• No previous experience necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Effective communication and persuasion skills.

• Sales experience.

• Rotating schedule from 09:00 to 18:00.

• Rotating days off.
