Asesor de Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound and outbound call center support for telecommunications services.

• Handle and manage customer interactions effectively.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Work remotely from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in a Call Center.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher.

• Processor: Core i3 / Ryzen 3 of 5th generation or later.

• Minimum 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Webcam required only for training purposes.

• Educational background: Junior High School.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
